Accounts and subscriptions

Some apps require an account and offer paid subscriptions billed through the App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your app store account settings before the renewal date. Refunds are handled by the applicable app store under its policies.

Content and accuracy

Our apps may generate suggestions, such as recipes or compliance observations, using automated systems. This output is provided for informational purposes only and is not medical, legal, financial, or professional advice. You are responsible for decisions you make based on it.

No warranties

The services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Imperium Advisors, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services, and our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms and will post the revised version here with a new effective date.
